Refund and Returns Policy

At PartifyPro, we are committed to your satisfaction and the success of your repairs. We understand that you may occasionally need to return a part, and we have designed our policy to be as clear and fair as possible. Please read the following policy carefully before making your purchase.

General Return Policy

You may return most new, unopened, and uninstalled items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. We want you to be happy with your purchase, but we also need to ensure the integrity of the parts we sell.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In new, unaltered, and unused condition.
  • In its original, unmarked, and undamaged packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation that were included.
  • The part must not have been installed, attempted to be installed, or electrically charged. Once a part is installed, it is considered used and is no longer eligible for a return.

How to Initiate a Return

Please follow these steps to ensure a smooth return process:

  1. Contact Us for an RMA: Before sending any item back, you must contact our Customer Support team at support@partifypro.com or through our website’s contact form to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
  2. Provide Your Information: Please provide your original order number, the part number of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. Package Your Return: Securely package the item(s) in a shipping box to prevent damage during transit. Do not use the manufacturer’s product box as the shipping container. Please include a copy of your original invoice inside the box.
  4. Ship the Item: Write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error (see section 5). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds and Processing

Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • A restocking fee of up to 20% may be applied to returns that are not the result of an error on our part. This fee covers the cost of inspecting, testing, and repackaging the item.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return due to their specific nature. These include:

  • Electronic Parts: Any electronic or electrical component (e.g., control boards, sensors, motors) that has been opened or removed from its sealed, anti-static packaging.
  • Special Order Items: Any part that was specially ordered for you and is not part of our regular stock.
  • LOKRING™ Fittings: Fittings that show any sign of use or attempted installation.
  • Clearance or “Final Sale” Items.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packaging and shipping your order. If you receive an item that is damaged in transit, defective, or is not the item you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
  • You will have the option of a full refund or a replacement item shipped to you at no additional cost.
  • Please be prepared to provide photos of the damage or the incorrect item to help us expedite the process.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the correct part is to place a new order for the item you need and return the original item for a refund under this policy.
